These recognitions celebrate those who demonstrate leadership, innovation, and a strong commitment to advancing economic growth and enhancing quality of life throughout Buffalo County. This year, the Development Council selected Patrick Moore to receive this recognition. Through Goodlife Architecture, Moore has helped transform downtown Kearney and Hastings with projects like Sky Lofts and the Fair Building. His work has enhanced housing, revitalized historic spaces, and strengthened downtown economic activity.
